Brief Description: This workshop is designed for teachers of Title I students in grades K-5.

Need some ideas for teaching personal finance that are perfect for elementary-age students? Want high quality resources at no cost?



•Seven hours of high-quality training.

•Aligned to K-5 NC Essential Standards in personal finance and economics.

•$100 Stipend to Cover Substitute Pay or Travel Cost!

•Interactive and hands-on.

•All participants receive a copy of “Teaching Economics Using Children's Literature" at no cost.

•Participants will also receive a copy of "What is Economics About?"
•Contact hours available.
•Light breakfast, coffee, and full lunch are provided.
Workshop scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
