To be completed by Charter Schools ONLY! - Due January 24, 2017
All Charter School Administrators or Charter School Board Chairs are required to complete and submit all sections of the 2017-18 Charter School ADM Projection System (CSADM), Phase I: Average Daily Membership (ADM) Budget Request and Grades Served Request. This process must be completed even if the school does not intend to increase their enrollment or grade expansion.

Iran Divestment Act
Session Law 2015-118 places new contracting and compliance requirements effective February 26, 2016. This Act prohibits State agencies, local government units, and other political subdivisions of the State from contracting with individuals or companies on the Department of State Treasurer's Final Divestment List. The memo from the Local Government Commission provides more information on the implications. In addition, a FAQ provides additional information and guidance.
