

IMPROVING COLLECTION AND USE OF DATA

A State must collect and publicly report information on the elements of its statewide longitudinal data system, on whether teachers receive data on student growth in a manner that is timely and informs instructional programs, and on whether teachers receive reports of individual teacher impact on student achievement.
