Scope - Work requires an understanding of the Hoke County Schools district plan. In addition, the work will be successful under the leadership of an individual who can build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Description - Superintendent establishes leadership group to review district mission based on district school improvement plan, prioritize goals and clarify for non-education stakeholders such as parents and community members. In addition, the team will establish performance targets for determined intervals (i.e. one year, three years, five years). Work requires processing large amounts of complex data, group facilitation, consensus building, strong communication and marketing of final document to various stakeholder groups including Board of Education, teachers, parents, students, administrators, community members, and business and industry.
