TEMPLATES FOR SCHOOL-BASED TRAININGS
Effective with the 2010-2011 school year, Principals and Assistant Principals are to be evaluated annually using the North Carolina School Executive Evaluation Rubric. The intended purpose of the principal evaluation process is to focus on formative professional development in a collegial, non-threatening way to assess the principal’s performance in relation to the Standards for School Executives. Training will be offered to district by their local training teams with assistance from the regional Professional Development Leaders as needed.
