APPLICATION FOR RETAKE FUNDING

ADVANCED CANDIDATE RETAKE FUNDING

Retake funding is provided by the United States Department of Education Subsidy Grant. Candidates can only receive subsidy funding once. If you received retake funding in the past or subsidy assistance with the initial application fee, you are ineligible for retake funding. Funding is awarded on a first come first served basis for all eligible candidates.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES

Retake applications will be accepted from November 16, 2011 to February 15, 2012.

• First, candidates should apply for retakes by visiting http://www.nbpts.org.
• Second, candidates should apply for financial assistance by visiting https://nbpts.dpi.state.nc.us.
• Once applications have been reviewed, candidates will receive an email regarding their funding status.
