December 2013 Child Count Now Online
The Exceptional Children December 2013 Child Count report is available on the Exceptional Children website at The Child Count report is an unduplicated count of all children with disabilities, and children identified as academically or intellectually gifted. The December report includes students, ages 3-21, who receive special education and related services according to an Individualized Education Plan or service plan.
