Brief Single Sign-On Issue Now Resolved

The NCDPI began receiving messages around 12:30 p.m. today regarding errors appearing when logging in to the Schoolnet and TNL systems. The issue was identified as an authentication issue related to the single sign-on servers. Pearson teams worked quickly to resolve this issue, and we have just received confirmation that it has been resolved. If you experienced this issue over the last hour and a half, you should be able to log in again now. If you continue to have any issues, please contact the Home Base Support Center.
