NCDPI Telephone Issue - Customer Alert

Dear NCDPI Customer,

If you have called the NC Department of Public Instruction lately and had trouble leaving a voicemail or reaching the person you needed to reach, please know that there is an intermittent problem with the state government complex telephone services that has been transferring callers to dead air rather than to our voicemails. State Information and Technology Services notified us about this on Friday and indicates that the error is supposed to be resolved in the next two weeks.
