HOME BASE ALERT: Schoolnet Assessment Items - Issue and Resolution

We understand that a known issue with the display of assessment items and passages in Schoolnet occurred today, March 17. This problem will be resolved during the evening of Tuesday, March 17, beginning at 6 p.m.; this means that a resolution will take approximately 3 hours. We wanted you to be aware that this resolution will result in some slowness within the system during this time. Once the resolution process is complete, the items and passage display will be resolved and you will be able to search and access the assessment items and passages that you need for creating your assessments within the system.

We recommend that you empty your cache and reboot your computer following a change in the system. If any further issues arise after tonight's fix, please notify the Home Base support center through your school's LEA leads.
